MEET MAGGIE SHIH

Originally from Taipei, Maggie has lived in Hong Kong and Toronto for most of her childhood. Before moving to Miami, she spent a decade in San Francisco and built a successful business in the Health and Wellness industry, working with highly driven executive clients and established companies like Google, Pinterest, Gap Inc., Dropbox, Related Group, and others. Her unparalleled service experience in a high-growth and cutting-edge environment has taught her the quintessential skills and professionalism required to serve in the real estate industry. Her transition to real estate comes from her long-standing appreciation for architecture/design, and her love of helping others build wealth, and achieve their goals and aspirations.

In Miami, she focuses on residential real estate, including helping fellow transplants transition into this vibrant city, guiding first-time buyers through one of life’s biggest moments, to assisting out-of-state/international clients with a piece of Miami’s luxury lifestyle. As a self-driven entrepreneur her entire life, Maggie is extremely resourceful and has the tenacity to get things done. Her goal for her clients is to make sure they feel educated and supported on all aspects of buying/selling their dream home or investment property. She highly values attention to detail, transparency, making a personal connection with her clients, and always putting their needs as a top priority.

Maggie is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and multiple Health and Nutrition Certificates. Beyond helping clients reach their real estate goals, she loves to travel, continue to inspire those around her to live a healthy sustainable lifestyle, explore new vegan-friendly restaurants, and spend quality time with her husband and fur baby, Chai.
